Kenny came to Good Mews after his mom had to suddenly go to a memory care facility. This really rocked his world and it took some time for him to adjust to the sudden life change. He spends a lot of time curled up in a hidey hold. We hope with time, he will learn that all the people that visit him at the shelter are trying to make him feel safe again. He is receptive to pets once he trusts you, but it takes a lot of one-on-one time. He will need a patient adopter willing to give him time to adjust to a new home and help him feel safe. We are optimistic that once he feels comfortable with his new family, he will blossom into a wonderful companion. He likes to spend time with his friend, Benton if you are looking for two sweet boys to join your family. They do not have to go home together, but at this time we do think Kenny will need another nice cat in his new home.
