Olivia was rescued from animal control right before she was scheduled to be euthanized! She is a very lucky girl and happy to be safe. She went into foster care until space was available at the shelter.  She is a very sweet girl that enjoys the company of people and would love on her foster mom. She might be a little shy when she first gets to her new home, but will quickly come around. She loves to play with toys and her foster mom spoiled her with lots of yummy treats! Olivia enjoys watching the birds outside and sleeping in sunny, warm spots. She gets along with other cats and would love to have a best friend to snuggle up with. She also enjoys being petted and pampered. Come meet this little sweetie soon. She is longing for a home to call her own.

Update-Olivia is a quiet kitty that often kept to herself. She welcomed pets but never really initiated them. Well, that has all changed! Olive has become very social and loves attention from people. In fact, the other day I was sitting in a chair and Olivia jumped right up on my lap, put her paws on my shoulders and hugged me. I was so happy, I wanted to squeeze her with hugs! Olivia is an adorable girl that would love to have her own person so she can sit in their lap and cuddle. She will certainly make a wonderful companion!

Olivia is FIV+, but don’t let that scare you! She is a very sweet cat that is hoping someone will pick her soon. She is very quiet on adoption days so she is often over-looked. But once in a quiet home, her true personality will certainly emerge. She loves people to pet her and will do the happy twirls when she gets attention.
FIV+ cats can live long and healthy lives. They can also live safely with FIV-negative cats. FIV is spread through severe bite wounds, so it is important that your kitties get along.
Olivia would do wonderful with other kitties. She is very sweet to her feline friends and would never dream of making them angry. She just wants to be everyone’s friend!
