Description

Ricky is a very energetic boy who likes to stay busy. His lanky body and his ear that points to one side are indicative of his mischievious personality! He and his brothers, Angelo and Sergio, came to Good Mews as kittens over 3 years ago. They are all such wonderful cats and we at Good Mews love them, but because they are all black, instead of lots of pretty colors, they are often overlooked on adoption days. We hope someone who wants a playful, lively cat will come and meet Ricky soon! He would be happiest in a home with another young feline friend to play with. Perhaps one of his brothers, Angelo or Sergio could go home with him!

Lucia

Good_Mews

Livingston, Lucia, Peri and Violet all came from a horrible situation in Florida . They were living at a cat sanctuary with over 400 other cats where they were supposed to be well taken care of until they found a loving home. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case. They were greatly neglected and some were used for medical experiments.  Complaints were filed and the sanctuary was investigated. Because of the horrible neglect and animal cruelty, the sanctuary was shut down. Some of the cats had to be humanely euthanized and the others found new homes or rescue. The University of Florida Vet School was involved with the case and contacted Good Mews to ask if we would be willing to take some of the cats involved in this situation. Of course we could! We told them we would be happy to help in any way we can! They then transported 4 wonderful cats to us!

Lucia is a very sweet girl that loves people and hasn’t let this horrible situation get her down. She has decided to put it all past her and move on with her life. She has met some nice people at Good Mews and knows she can trust us and is confident that we will find her a safe, loving home. Please come meet this darling girl soon!
