Description

Penguin came to Good Mews after he was seriously injured. We think he was hit by a car. He required many weeks of cage rest because he could not even stand! Once he was feeling better and could walk, he was released into the main shelter. He was happy to be able to finally walk around, but I don’t think he was very thrilled with all of the other cats he had to share his space with! So Penguin likes to keep to himself, lounging in a big cat bed. As a result, he is often over-looked on adoption days. But I know this sweet boy wishes for a loving family. He likes people, but never walks up to them, asking for attention. What he will do is walk towards you and stop a couple feet from you and just sit. That is his way of asking you to come pet him! And once you start petting him, he loves it! I really love Penguin and I hope he finds his forever home soon. He would make a great only cat and he doesn’t ask for much. He would also do fine with one or two other cats.

Molly and Maisey are two wonderful, darling girls that came to the shelter as kittens. They were adopted, but returned a few months later because one of the family members was allergic to them! Now these sweet girls are looking for a new home. They are both very playful and love their toys! Molly is a little more outgoing and loves to greet visitors and I don’t think she has ever met a stranger. Maisey is a bit on the shyer side, but will quickly come around once she gets to know you. Both are very affectionate and love people and they would make a wonderful addition to most families. Please come meet these sisters soon. They can’t wait to find their forever home!
Molly and Maisey are seeking a home together.
