Description

Winks is a very darling girl that came to the shelter with her sister, Tillie. Tillie was quickly adopted, but Winks is still waiting for her forever home.
When they arrived at Good Mews, Winks had a cold and had to take some medication. Being in a new environment and meeting new people was scary for Winks, and then to have people give her medicine everyday made Winks a little untrusting towards people! I guess I don’t really blame her. So it took a while for Winks to trust us and understand we only wanted to be her friend.
Winks is coming around and learning that people are fun to be around. She loves to play with us and her favorite things are laser lights and feather toys. She could run around and play for hours!  She also loves other cats and is often seen snuggled up in a cat tree with one of her girlfriends. Winks is looking for a home with a cat friend or two and lots of toys to play with!

Tweety

Good_Mews

Tweety is a very handsome white cat who is also very charming! Tweety is often over-looked on adoption days because he is a bit shy and does not like a lot of noise and crowds, but he does love one-on-one attention! Tweety had to be put on a special diet for a couple of weeks and he had his own room and he loved it! He got loads of attention from the volunteers, special treats and spa sessions and Tweety turned into Mr. Personality! He took total advantage of all the attention he got. So once he finds his own forever home, I think his shyness will go away and he will be a very outgoing cat. Tweety also loves kids. At Good Mews we sometimes have a special camp where kids come to learn about caring for cats and Tweety has made a couple good friends during these camps.
Tweety also loves other cats so he is seeking a home where he will have a cat friend or two. Come meet this handsome boy soon!
