Nutmeg
Nutmeg came to Good Mews in January of 2007, and immediately took to hiding in cat trees, especially on busy adoption days. However, she has come a long way in overcoming her shyness. The Kitty Buddies (Good Mews volunteers who help shy cats get used to people) have really made a positive difference in Nutmeg’s life. She finally feels confident enough to venture out into the shelter, and on quiet days can now often be found in the main room instead of off in a corner. Nutmeg will need a quiet home and lots of love and patience to help her adjust, but will surely reward you with her faithful companionship! Come and meet her!
Because we feel it would be easier for Nutmeg to transition to a new home if she is with someone she is familiar with, she is required to be adopted with another Good Mews cat.
