Smudge
Smudge is named for the cute little “smudge” of color under her nose. She came to Good Mews when her family moved away and left her behind! How anyone could leave this darling girl behind is beyond us! But thank goodness she was able to come to Good Mews where she is safe and loved.
Smudge has been at the shelter for 5 years. We have no idea why she has been here so long because everyone comments on how sweet and beautiful she is. She can always be found out in the main area, greeting visitors when they come in and overseeing all of the activity, but yet she has never been chosen to go home! We can’t figure it out! She loves laps, and will likely crawl into yours if you sit down near her. She gets along great with other cats, but she would also make a great only cat. To us, she is purr-fect! Come by and meet Smudge soon. We are hoping she will find her forever home soon!
